Requirements

  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree is required; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in professional sales and account management, with an emphasis on retaining key accounts, penetrating deeper into existing accounts, and developing new business.
  • Industry Experience: Proven successful work experience in medical device or healthcare sales (device, connected device, bio-tech, digital health).
  • Skills:
    • Ability to develop relationships with key strategic decision-makers.
    • Ability to manage the sales process effectively.
    • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
    • Critical thinking and strategic planning skills.
    • Skilled in establishing communication channels and liaising between clients and internal departments.
    • Expert knowledge of strategic, tactical approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Meets monthly, quarterly, and annual assigned sales quotas for revenue growth and strategic objectives.
  • Maps out Key Account organization and develops relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Serves as the escalation point and manager of support and service escalations.
  • Provides reporting to cross-functional areas and senior management.
  • Meets and maintains company expectations for average sales pricing and profitability.
  • Completes customer/prospect account plans that meet company standards.
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
  • Works closely with the North America Sales Manager and Product team implementing strategic projects focused on profitable growth (price adjustments, new product implementation, and contractual negotiations).
  • Increases sales volume for assigned products and markets, aligning with business marketing strategies and targets.
  • Identifies and develops customers for existing products to profitably increase sales.
  • Utilizes technical expertise to accelerate qualification of products at potential customers.
  • Identifies and analyzes market information, including pricing dynamics and competitive situations.
  • Maintains excellent record systems for accounts, products, and distributors.
  • Generates new business leads and contacts prospective strategic clients.
  • Handles customer queries and develops innovative solutions for complex problems.
