Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of multiple business plans and projects, including identifying customer/operational needs, communicating priorities, removing barriers, measuring progress, and developing contingency plans
  • Provide supervision and development for associates, including selecting/training/mentoring, assigning duties, establishing expectations, conducting evaluations, providing recognition/coaching, and promoting belonging
  • Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, ethics, and integrity through training, direction, compliance, and Open Door Policy utilization
  • Ensure business needs are met by evaluating plans/programs, consulting stakeholders, applying improvement suggestions, and participating in community outreach
  • Manage multiple projects by defining scope/objectives, establishing timelines/milestones, coordinating activities, tracking changes, managing governance/resources/budgets, and delivering status reports
  • Manage content management initiatives by prioritizing requests, designing/automating tools/templates, developing intranet content, providing guidance on functionality/standards, ensuring governance alignment, and auditing content
  • Manage processes/procedures by analyzing data, assessing performance, identifying/editing improvements, developing solutions, consulting cross-functionally, ensuring sustainability, and communicating changes for buy-in
  • Manage behavior change and process improvement programs by evaluating needs, partnering on strategies, providing guidance on policies, ensuring controls/tools, monitoring metrics, identifying issues, and gaining buy-in on resolutions
