A Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry, biology, or engineering is required, along with a minimum of 10 years of meaningful experience in the Life Sciences industry, preferably including experience in a service and support organization or product engineering/R&D. Successful people management experience is necessary, as is demonstrable expertise in developing product release criteria for services and support. Strong management and leadership skills are essential, complemented by excellent written and verbal communication abilities, comfort in communicating with technical and business teams, and the capacity to collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams across multiple sites. Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally is also required.
The Senior Manager, Global Service Product Development will lead a scientific team, providing technical focus and driving product development to meet Global Services & Support strategy roadmap objectives. This role involves leading, coaching, and developing staff while maintaining direct support development responsibility for a subset of product lines.
