Requirements

Responsibilities

The Development Manager will build and nurture relationships with individual donors, local businesses, foundations, and community leaders across Hawaii. They will execute engagement strategies through campaigns, events, and digital outreach to increase financial support and tell the organization's story effectively. Responsibilities include identifying new fundraising opportunities, collaborating with the team and board, managing fundraising activities, tracking progress against goals, and analyzing outcomes to maximize impact.
