Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least eight years of related experience. A thorough understanding of Computer Science and Software Engineering is required, along with excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management, analytical, problem-solving, supervisory, and leadership skills. The ability to prioritize and delegate tasks is also essential. Prior experience with Workforce Management Scheduling and Optimization is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Engineering Manager will oversee and coordinate daily operations of engineering staff, build and manage a globally distributed team, and own the delivery of product commitments. Responsibilities include planning long-term strategies, improving Engineering KPIs and processes, conducting regular 1:1s, providing mentorship, enabling team collaboration, ensuring product quality, security, and performance, and participating in the Incident Management on-call rotation.
