Candidates need 5+ years in sales, business development, and/or account management within an advertising technology company (DOOH experience preferred), with at least seven years working in programmatic advertising.
Required skills include a deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, strong consultative sales skills and relationship building, ability to interpret customer needs and partner with technical teams, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The role requires travel as necessary in support of business objectives, including partner meetings, conferences, and internal meetings, and involves attending industry events and being off-site as a representative of the business.
Ideal candidates have demonstrable experience managing or working with SSPs and/or DSPs with cross-industry partner contacts, self-motivation, optimism, a good sense of humor, high EQ, and the ability to connect functions with deep knowledge of StackAdapt's technology.
