Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in Real Estate, Workplace, Internal Events, and Teammate Experience, with significant experience operating at scale for 1,000-5,000+ headcount. They should possess impeccable people management skills, a strong analytical mind with the ability to form unbiased opinions, a data-first orientation, high resilience, and a bias for quick action and outcome delivery. While the role is remote, significant travel and time spent in offices are expected.

Responsibilities

This role involves leading and scaling Real Estate & Workplace, Internal Events, Physical Security, and Executive Administration functions to enhance the teammate experience and enable peak performance. Responsibilities include developing and executing long-term facilities and office strategies, scaling internal events, managing executive support, implementing physical security strategies, and providing coaching and mentorship to the respective teams. The Head of Workplace and Teammate Experience will also benchmark best practices and continuously improve operations with a focus on Vanta's principles and operational rigor.
