The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in sales operations, process optimization, or a similar role, with proven experience in program management, ideally in AI, analytics, or sales enablement. They should be fluent in various AI tools, an advocate for AI, and possess the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact. Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. Demonstrated ability to lead change, drive process improvements, and strong leadership skills, including influencing, guiding, and convincing others, are required. The candidate must be able to manage change and ambiguity with an action-orientation and thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating curiosity, results-orientation, bridge-building, resilience, and observational skills.
This role involves driving the end-to-end execution of AI programs aligned with go-to-market priorities and sales representative participation goals. Responsibilities include defining motions to enable consistency while supporting regional differences, working closely with sales and customer success leadership to align AI efforts with business outcomes, and maintaining a clear roadmap of AI initiatives. The Senior Manager will translate AI outputs into actionable insights for frontline managers and sellers, serve as the connective tissue between technical teams, operations, customer success, and sales leaders, and visualize the strategy to achieve the long-term roadmap. They will also provide suggestions to leadership on how to better achieve goals, proactively identify and recommend creative ideas to improve business operations, and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
