Requirements

Candidates must possess 8+ years of Salesforce administration/development experience at a B2B SaaS or technology company and hold a Salesforce Administrator certification. Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Flow, Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP), and Salesforce automation tools is essential, along with familiarity with data structures, distributed systems, and secure architecture. Proven experience managing Salesforce CPQ, including pricing, discounting, approvals, and SKU logic, is required. Candidates should also demonstrate leadership and communication skills, a curious and accountable mindset, and the ability to reduce technical debt and modernize legacy systems. Preferred qualifications include experience integrating tools across the GTM stack, working knowledge of AI tools for backend process automation, and familiarity with data modeling, relational databases, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

The Senior Go-To-Market Systems Developer will design and implement secure, scalable integrations across Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack. They will lead the modernization of legacy processes by shifting custom Apex to automated workflows, triggers, and third-party integrations. This role involves driving technical execution of projects across the GTM tech stack, aligning systems with GTM goals, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure compliance, scalability, and data integrity. Responsibilities also include identifying, prioritizing, and reducing technical debt, championing Salesforce Development best practices, and supporting and optimizing a robust CPQ system for accurate, scalable quoting and revenue workflows.
