Candidates should have 7+ years of proven experience designing CRM-integrated campaigns across activation, adoption, expansion, and retention in B2B SaaS, hands-on expertise in tools like Customer.io, Braze, Marketo, Iterable, or Klaviyo, and the ability to interpret lifecycle data and translate it into experiments and strategies. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and fluency in AI are also required.
The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will own the strategy and execution of full-funnel lifecycle journeys — onboarding, adoption, expansion, and retention — personalized by segment, tier, and behavior, continuously test and refine early-stage journeys to increase conversion and feature adoption, work with Product and PMM to surface the right value props to the right install base audiences at the right time, develop signal-based retention journeys and collaborate with CS for high-touch interventions, leverage Apollo’s first-party data and AI tooling to launch high-volume, high-impact experiments, drive operational scale and speed by using AI to support lifecycle design, QA, and reporting workflows, act as the connective tissue between lifecycle, sales, product, and marketing teams to align messaging and timing, and partner with RevOps and Marketing Ops to build dashboards and attribution models that surface actionable lifecycle insights across product usage, campaign touchpoints, and pipeline.
