  • 5-6 years of experience in a Learning & Development role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in instructional design and learning program delivery
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and developing various learning modalities (e.g., e-learning, blended learning, workshops, virtual sessions)
  • Proficient in e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360)
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal) in English & Hebrew
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability for afternoon work hours, aligned with U.S. time zones
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end management of key learning and development programs, encompassing their design, implementation, and continuous improvement, such as onboarding experiences, ongoing professional development programs, or other critical learning pathways
  • Collaborate with HR business partners, managers, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and create impactful content
  • Design, develop, and curate engaging learning solutions, including e-learning modules, blended learning programs, workshops, webinars, job aids, and on-the-job training
  • Apply adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and learning technologies to create effective and measurable learning experiences
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication
  • Analyze learning data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and continuously optimize learning programs
