Responsibilities

The Senior Lead, Contract Lifecycle Management will implement and manage a new CLM system, overseeing end-to-end contract processes, intake, repository management, and change control. They will monitor adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements, develop dashboards for key dates, lead compliance setup for new launches, and collaborate with policy and public affairs teams. The role involves identifying, analyzing, and communicating risks, driving adoption of CLM best practices through training and change management, and evaluating new compliance technologies. Additionally, they will build and sustain databases, support tendering and contracting processes, perform data analysis for actionable insights, provide reporting to product and data teams, and stay current on legal and regulatory updates.
