Deep expertise in legal financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and spend analytics with a focus on ROI, is essential. Proven people management experience with a passion for coaching and developing talent is required, along with a tech-forward and AI-fluent mentality, comfortable with experimentation and iterative learning.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Legal Operations will drive the department's financial strategy by leading the legal financial lifecycle and providing strategic recommendations. They will modernize the outside counsel and vendor management ecosystem by steering sourcing strategies, evaluating firm technology maturity, and championing Alternative Fee Arrangements. This role involves translating complex data into clear narratives for leadership, championing tech-enabled operational excellence through process improvements and technology leverage, and serving as a trusted business partner and change agent to internal legal leaders. Additionally, the manager will lead and develop a small team of Legal Operations professionals and support other departmental initiatives as needed.
