Responsibilities

  • Analyze client behavioral and usage data to identify churn risks
  • Develop and implement proactive, personalized retention strategies
  • Manage crisis situations and negotiate contract retention terms
  • Maintain high satisfaction rates on the strategic accounts portfolio
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities through usage data analysis
  • Lead complex negotiations for contract expansions
  • Achieve revenue growth targets on the assigned portfolio
  • Maintain privileged relationships with VP and C-level decision-makers at clients
  • Participate in creating the new Key Accounts Client division
  • Manage and develop Care Expert and Onboarding teams serving these clients
  • Act as the primary Product contact for Key Accounts client needs and contribute to the roadmap definition
  • Structure and enhance exchanges with Product & Tech teams
  • Define and implement new Key Accounts management standards, including performance indicators, best practices, and Client/Sales methodologies
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies
