Requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience managing client-facing implementation projects, preferably in health insurance, employer health benefits, or health tech. Strong verbal and written communication skills, experience managing multiple projects concurrently, outstanding interpersonal skills, and proficiency with project management tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, and Asana are required. Familiarity with medical claims processing or EDI is a plus, as is experience in a startup environment and a commitment to improving the US healthcare system.

Responsibilities

This role involves leading the end-to-end implementation for mid-market to enterprise clients, creating and maintaining project plans, and delivering client-facing presentations on project progress. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to document requirements, working with internal cross-functional teams, building relationships with client stakeholders, educating clients on product features and best practices, and providing training and support to ensure successful solution adoption.
