Requirements

Expertise in Workday system administration, including business process configuration, security administration, report and dashboard maintenance, mass data processing, integrations maintenance, implementation of releases and upgrades, and administration of routine processes such as performance management and merit increase cycles
Ability to partner with internal stakeholders to understand pain points, prioritize requirements, and identify opportunities to improve Workday processes and gain efficiency
Proficiency in evaluating system functionality, researching and recommending solutions, and leading the development, configuration, testing, and documentation of system enhancements and customizations
Skills in upholding data quality standards, leading regular data audits, managing data migration activities, and addressing data-related issues
Capability to provide subject matter expert user support, troubleshoot complex issues, deliver user training sessions, and foster system proficiency and adoption
Experience in configuring, modifying, maintaining, and updating reports and dashboards
Knowledge in assessing Workday future releases, shaping system roadmap, analyzing impacts, and executing change management initiatives
Autonomy in system configuration and technical resolution, with ability to influence prioritization of enhancements and customizations (higher-level approvals for data integrity and system security)
Customer Focus: Actively seek to understand and meet needs of internal users and stakeholders, respond promptly with timely and accurate solutions
Manages Complexity: Define problems effectively, navigate and manage Workday configuration and customization complexity, implement solutions to simplify HR processes

Responsibilities

Deliver advanced Workday system administration, including business process configuration, security administration, report and dashboard maintenance, mass data processing, integrations maintenance, implementation of releases and upgrades, and administration of routine processes
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand pain points, prioritize requirements, and identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency
Evaluate system functionality, research and recommend solutions, and lead development, configuration, testing, and documentation of enhancements and customizations
Uphold data quality standards, lead data audits, manage data migrations, and collaborate on data-related issues
Provide user support as a Workday subject matter expert, troubleshoot complex issues, deliver training, and promote effective utilization
Configure, modify, maintain, and update reports and dashboards to meet evolving needs
Assess future Workday releases, shape system roadmap, analyze impacts, execute change management, and promote changes to stakeholders
Influence prioritization of enhancements and customizations, perform system configuration and technical resolutions (with approvals for data integrity and security)
