Responsibilities

  • HR record-keeping (full cycle from employee hiring to dismissal) for departments with 400–500 people
  • Preparation and submission of data for payroll calculation in Payroll (checking statements, entering data into 1C for calculation)
  • Interaction with state authorities: SFR (submitting seniority data via Kontur, sick leaves, and other social benefits), Mos.ru (military registration data), Employment Service (workplace quotas)
  • Interaction with lawyers (updating document templates, HR policies, and local normative acts in accordance with changes in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation)
  • Working with auditors' requests (internal audits, external inspections)
  • Consulting company employees on HR issues and payroll calculation
  • Participation in 1C integration projects and other company systems
  • Participation in HR accounting automation projects
  • Management of HR specialists (2 subordinates responsible for 500-600 employees): setting annual goals, monitoring, and evaluating their performance
