Requirements

Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or technology company. Exceptional organizational abilities with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly are required. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion are also necessary. Proficiency with Google Workspace and a willingness to learn new tools are expected.

Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant will manage the calendars of the Head of Sales and Head of Customer Success, ensuring alignment across priorities and preparing executives with necessary context and materials. They will plan, organize, and execute leadership team meetings, all-hands, and cross-functional sessions, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and ensuring follow-up on action items. This role involves coordinating travel arrangements, managing event logistics, and assisting with operational processes to ensure smooth GTM team operations. The Executive Assistant will also partner with the EA to the CRO on revenue-wide initiatives and support key GTM projects as needed.
