Candidates should possess 4-6 years of experience with ROAS/KPI-driven performance marketing, demonstrating a track record of managing campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and other digital channels. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making are essential, along with a location preference in or near the NYC area for in-person work.
As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will support the performance marketing strategy by crafting and conducting campaigns across various channels, including Video, SEM, Display, Social, and Affiliate. You will manage the creative process, fine-tune web conversion and funnel optimization, launch and optimize custom landing pages, pioneer new marketing channels, and collaborate with the Biz Ops and Analytics team to translate data into actionable insights while diligently monitoring performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, and CPLV.
