Requirements

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager should possess 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on Product-Led Growth (PLG) and optimizing user journeys within a SaaS or B2B tech environment. They should have a proven track record of successful partnership with Product owners to drive significant improvements in user activation, conversion rates, and engagement, along with deep understanding of customer journey mapping and conversion funnel optimization. Furthermore, the candidate must have experience with behavior-based triggering tools beyond basic marketing automation platforms and expertise in A/B testing methodologies, including designing, executing, and analyzing tests across various marketing touchpoints, and hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce).

Responsibilities

As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will own lifecycle nurtures by designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing journeys from trial acquisition through conversion and retention, bridging strategy and execution. You will drive feature adoption & engagement by leading initiatives to boost feature adoption and engagement through scaled educational efforts, including email, the customer hub, and webinars. Additionally, you will provide comprehensive support for setting up, testing, and measuring outbound marketing campaigns, generate converting copy & creative, orchestrate sales handoffs, and enhance performance reporting on key metrics such as lead quality, trial performance by channel, and trial-to-opportunity conversion across acquisition sources. Finally, you will coordinate website enhancements by working closely with the Web team to integrate marketing needs into all relevant website changes.
