Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Employment Type: Full-time Location: Remote US Reports to: Vice President, Growth Marketing Compensation Range: $140,000 to $155,000 base plus bonus and equity

What We Do:

Huntress is a fully remote, global team of passionate experts and ethical badasses on a mission to break down the barriers to cybersecurity. Whether creating purpose-built security solutions, hunting down hackers, or impacting our community, our people go above and beyond to change the security game and make a real difference.

Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress protects all businesses—not just the 1%—with enterprise-grade, fully owned, and managed cybersecurity products at the price of an affordable SaaS application. The Huntress difference is our One Team advantage: our technology is designed with our industry-defining Security Operations Center (SOC) in mind and is never separated from our service.

We protect 3M+ endpoints and 1M+ identities worldwide, elevating underresourced IT teams with protection that works as hard as they do. As long as hackers keep hacking, Huntress keeps hunting.

What You’ll Do:

Are you a data-driven, customer-obsessed marketer passionate about driving growth through impactful campaigns and user experiences? We're looking for a highly strategic and execution-oriented Senior Growth Marketing Manager to optimize our customer lifecycle, accelerate feature adoption, and boost conversion through targeted, behavior-based marketing initiatives.

Reporting to the VP, Growth Marketing, you will be a central orchestrator of our marketing efforts, working hand-in-hand with our product, web, data, operations, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless, engaging, and conversion-optimized path for our users and prospects. This role is critical to scaling our user base and revenue through a product-first approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Own Lifecycle Nurtures: Design, implement, and optimize marketing journeys from trial acquisition through conversion and retention, bridging strategy and execution.
  • Drive Feature Adoption & Engagement: Lead initiatives to boost feature adoption and engagement through scaled educational efforts, including email, our customer hub, and webinars.
  • Drive Campaign Operations: Provide comprehensive support for setting up, testing, and measuring outbound marketing campaigns.
  • Generate Converting Copy & Creative: Partner with brand and content teams to develop compelling, on-brand copy and creative assets for all external marketing communications that drive conversion.
  • Orchestrate Sales Handoffs: Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to refine trial user qualification criteria and ensure seamless handoffs aligned with sales follow-up.
  • Enhance Performance Reporting: Enhance reporting on key metrics such as lead quality, trial performance by channel, and trial-to-opportunity conversion across acquisition sources.
  • Coordinate Website Enhancements: Work closely with the Web team to integrate marketing needs into all relevant website changes.

What You Bring To The Team:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or a similar role, with a strong emphasis on Product-Led Growth (PLG) and optimizing user journeys within a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
  • Proven track record of successful partnership with Product owners to drive significant improvements in user activation, conversion rates, and engagement.
  • Deep understanding of customer journey mapping and conversion funnel optimization.
  • Experience with behavior-based triggering tools beyond basic marketing automation platforms.
  • Expertise in A/B testing methodologies with a history of designing, executing, and analyzing tests across various marketing touchpoints.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-backed decisions.
