The Role: We’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to lead the strategy and execution of growth initiatives across the entire user lifecycle. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven, multi-channel marketing strategies. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the marketing funnel and ensure we continue to scale effectively while maximizing user impact. As the leader of the growth marketing team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the overall strategy, experimenting with new tactics, and driving measurable results at every stage of the customer journey. Responsibilities

  • Own the overall growth strategy, ensuring that all marketing efforts align with the company's user acquisition and retention goals.
  • Oversee multi-channel marketing strategies across digital advertising, email marketing, SEO, content, partnerships, and social media.
  • Analyze user behavior and funnel performance, providing actionable insights to improve conversion rates and drive retention.
  • Partner with the product and customer teams to build tailored growth initiatives that speak to different segments of our user base.
  • Manage a budget and allocate resources across channels to maximize growth and ensure cost-effective marketing initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of marketing professionals, providing direction, support, and opportunities for development.
  • Foster a collaborative and performance-driven team culture that encourages creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
