The Senior Product Manager will own the end-to-end member onboarding and activation experience, from first interaction to full program engagement. They will develop and execute product strategies to improve activation rates, onboarding speed, and reduce dropoffs. Responsibilities include managing the full product lifecycle, documenting workflows, writing specifications, user stories, creating mockups, gathering user feedback, guiding feature development, and evaluating outcomes for continuous improvements. The role also involves working with stakeholders to understand manual workflows, identify pain points, propose automation, and build/iterate on AI-powered automations for onboarding tasks.
