Requirements

Responsibilities

The Product Marketing Lead, PLG will influence product strategy by shaping product roadmap, positioning, and narratives, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, developing clear and differentiated messaging for the Airtable platform, creating practical sales enablement materials, collaborating on go-to-market plans for self-serve programs, generating momentum within the builder community through content and customer success stories, optimizing self-serve customer journey metrics, and serving as the PLG champion across the organization by partnering effectively with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver a cohesive self-serve experience.
