Responsibilities

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will own and operate paid media campaigns across various digital platforms, partnering with agencies for demand generation and budget management. Responsibilities include driving channel optimization through A/B testing, audience targeting, creative iteration, and real-time budget reallocation. Analyzing funnel performance and user journeys using GA and HubSpot, monitoring LTV:CAC, and implementing tactics to improve activation and conversion are key duties. The role involves designing and optimizing nurture campaigns using HubSpot, developing personalized lifecycle programs for customer engagement, and building/executing growth experiments across the acquisition, onboarding, and monetization lifecycle. Leveraging tools like VWO for testing messaging and UX/UI, creating high-converting landing pages, and owning the website experience in collaboration with design and product teams are also core responsibilities.
