Primary Objective of the Position

The Senior Global Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-impact training programs focused on AlinIQ AMS middleware solutions. This role supports global customer training enactments and internal enablement, ensuring consistent and effective knowledge transfer across regions. The position requires a strong technical background in middleware configuration and implementation within laboratory environments, combined with excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs for customers and internal teams on AlinIQ AMS middleware.
  • Conduct on-site and remote training sessions, product demonstrations, and workshops.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical content and customer feedback for continuous improvement of training materials.
  • Support field activities including customer visits, training enactments, and implementation support (willing to travel up to 50% annually).
  • Maintain and update training documentation to reflect product updates and evolving customer needs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for peers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment of training strategies.
  • Provide input on product enhancements based on customer interactions and training feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Medical Informatics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working directly with customers in laboratory environments, specifically on middleware configuration and implementation.
  • Proven experience in delivering technical training and supporting software applications in diagnostics settings.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for teaching and mentoring.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a global, remote setting.
  • Willingness to travel globally up to 50% annually.
