The Senior Manager will provide expert guidance to the AMS management team and lead a team of Workday consultants across multiple engagements. Responsibilities include acting as the Onshore Integration lead, executing AMS & Implementation methodologies, collaborating with GDC teams on daily activities, providing on-call support, and ensuring SLA adherence. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, contributing to operational efficiency, developing reporting dashboards, resolving client issues, maintaining the Workday platform (reporting, business processes, security, data loads/audits), ensuring system design meets user needs, managing multiple tasks and projects, and driving continuous business process improvements.
