Requirements

  • At least 8 years or more of financial experience in large multinational companies
  • Comprehensive financial expertise and business partner mentality
  • Experience in entity financial management is a plus
  • Qualified accountant is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS is a plus
  • Experience in internet business is beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English

Responsibilities

  • Manage the financial compliance operations of overseas entities and coordinate with business teams and group finance teams
  • Partner with business teams, understand the business, and provide comprehensive financial solutions and analysis
  • Responsible for the annual budget management of supported overseas entities, track budget implementation, and provide rolling forecasts. Analyze business operations and assist with decision-making
  • Continuously explore and promote process optimization in areas such as budget management, FP&A, and entity financial management
  • Promote the adaptation of Group standards, rules, and systems, and establish mechanisms with finance teams at headquarter, considering the business characteristics of various overseas countries
