Requirements

At least 8 years or more of financial experience in large multinational companies
Comprehensive financial expertise and business partner mentality
Experience in entity financial management is a plus
Qualified accountant is an advantage
Strong knowledge of IFRS is a plus
Experience in internet business is beneficial
Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English

Responsibilities

Manage the financial compliance operations of overseas entities and coordinate with business teams and group finance teams
Partner with business teams, understand the business, and provide comprehensive financial solutions and analysis
Responsible for the annual budget management of supported overseas entities, track budget implementation, and provide rolling forecasts. Analyze business operations and assist with decision-making
Continuously explore and promote process optimization in areas such as budget management, FP&A, and entity financial management
Promote the adaptation of Group standards, rules, and systems, and establish mechanisms with finance teams at headquarter, considering the business characteristics of various overseas countries
