Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience. They must have at least 5 years of work experience in the high-tech electronics industry, particularly in system design or technical customer support roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent written and oral communication skills in English, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities are also required.
The Senior Field Application Engineer will be responsible for establishing and nurturing technical relationships with customers, identifying customer architectures and key product requirements, frequently traveling to diagnose and resolve hardware and software challenges, leading the product through its entire lifecycle, developing technical solutions including hardware and software demos, offering technical and sales training, and establishing strong communication channels with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
