  • Implement and optimize complex UI interactions, while maintaining a focus on performance, accessibility, usability, and performance, ensuring our platform remains intuitive for both technical and non-technical users.
  • Prototype and iterate quickly, refining designs based on feedback and data.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Drive Technical Excellence: Identify opportunities for architectural improvements, lead technical debt reduction initiatives, and implement scalable solutions.
  • Refine the User Journey: Identify and fix usability issues, improving navigation, interaction, and overall clarity.
  • Own Small but Meaningful Details: Whether it’s refining button states, animations, or typography, you’ll ensure a consistent and delightful experience.
  • Build for Users: Create solutions that align with how our users think and work with our platform.
  • Lead & Mentor: Champion modern frontend practices, guide architectural decisions, and help grow the technical capabilities of the team through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
