Candidates should possess a minimum of an undergraduate degree in Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related field, and demonstrate a strong technical background. Familiarity with semiconductor processes and manufacturing is highly desirable, along with experience in failure analysis and metrology.
The Field Applications Engineer will provide on-site professional technical support primarily in North America, developing innovative solutions to customer challenges and supporting tool acceptance. They will also coordinate closely with internal teams to provide detailed technical feedback on customer needs and product performance, and develop positive relationships with customers as the technical partner for solving their challenges and assisting with application development.
