Expertise in identifying and resolving facility challenges, managing budgets, forecasting facility needs, and understanding OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and local building codes is essential.
The Senior Facilities Manager will lead and develop on-site teams, fostering a culture of accountability and proactive problem-solving. They will oversee daily facility operations across 11 warehouse locations, implementing scalable processes for efficiency in maintenance, ticket resolution, and vendor management, while identifying cost-saving initiatives. Responsibilities include managing relationships with third-party vendors, leading the transition of Managed Service Providers, and optimizing vendor agreements. The role involves ensuring all locations comply with OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and building codes, developing preventive maintenance programs, and implementing standardized SLA frameworks. Additionally, they will maintain and optimize key warehouse infrastructure, oversee equipment installation and upgrades, and collaborate cross-functionally to align facility projects with company goals, proactively identifying improvements for efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.
