Requirements

Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in infrastructure technology sales, with a proven track record of consistent goal achievement in competitive environments. Excellent communication skills across all channels and the ability to form strong working relationships are essential. Fluency in English is required, and German fluency is preferred. Familiarity with open-source technology and experience with Salesforce are considered significant advantages.

Responsibilities

The Senior Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting and growing existing business within the Swiss region. This includes identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with current customers, managing forecasts, and tracking customer data. The role involves managing the entire sales process from prospecting and product demos to proposals, negotiations, and account management, while cultivating sales through both outbound prospecting and inbound leads. Responsibilities also include understanding and conveying the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise, managing the sales pipeline in Salesforce, and handling quote creation, order processing, and customer requests.
