Candidates should possess 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably from a startup or early-stage company, and demonstrate a consultative and solution-selling approach to closing new business. Strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills at the client C-level are required, along with superior research skills to understand client business and organizational structures. Experience with corporate training products/services is a plus.
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting, identifying, qualifying, and developing a sales pipeline to close business and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings goals. You will conduct meetings with C-suite executives, partner with the product team to provide feedback, assist in growing the team, and use industry trends to understand customer pain points and tailor solutions based on customer needs.
