The Senior District Manager will plan and direct the visual and operational execution of assigned stores to positively affect sales and profitability. They will develop talent and culture within their district, create strategies to improve customer service, drive sales, increase profitability, and grow the consumer base. Responsibilities include providing coaching to Store Managers, performing store visits, developing cross-functional relationships, assisting with recruitment and hiring, reviewing operational reports, and supporting new store openings, remodels, or closures.
