The District Manager will drive sales and profitability by meeting established objectives, analyzing data to improve performance, and identifying opportunities for growth within the district. They will ensure a positive athlete experience, build and develop a strong district talent pool, implement company vision standards, and act as a liaison between the field and corporate, overseeing store operations and merchandising across the Southeast district, visiting stores regularly to provide support and guidance.
