  • Drives Sales and Profitability:
    • Meets or exceeds established objectives in sales, store contribution, KPIs, expenses, and general profit and loss categories.
    • Analyzes and evaluates product and performance data to drive key item and department performance.

  • Creates the Athlete Experience:

    • Monitors competitive activity and develops a business strategy.
  • Builds the District Talent Pool:
    • Recruits, develops, and retains the right people for each position.
    • Ensures managers and teammates are properly onboarded, trained, and developed.
    • Provides feedback, recognition, coaching, and development.
  • Implements the Company Vision:
    • Executes Company service standards, merchandise presentation standards, and process execution.
    • Drives product sales and replenishment requests.
    • Ensures stores are consistently merchandised according to company direction.
  • Acts as Liaison Between the Field and Corporate:
    • Effectively plans and prioritizes.
