  • Minimum 10 years of experience
  • Preferred experience: Strategic role at a large consumer brand or technology company; top-tier consulting firm with focus on consumer; investment banking
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage all levels, drive participation and collaboration, and work with key executives/stakeholders to solve business outcomes
  • Strong project management skills in cross-functional environments
  • Experience in business model or process improvements (understanding of agile ways of working preferred)
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable with P&L workings and large datasets
  • Strong organizational abilities, including managing complex priorities and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrates initiative, works independently as a self-starter, takes ownership without constant supervision

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning: drive Inspire’s strategic planning, define/coordinate/prioritize/facilitate strategic objectives across Inspire (including OKR planning)
  • Identify capability gaps and advise on where to start, stop, or continue investing to drive performance
  • Monitor external trends and disruptions to shape long-term go-to-market strategy and unlock step-change growth
  • Partner with cross-functional partners to drive alignment, prioritization, coordination/interdependencies, resources, and risk identification for Commercial activities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables for strategic initiatives
  • Serve as internal consulting team to lead special strategic projects as needed by leadership
  • Serve as leader for ad hoc projects or capabilities per direction from Chief Restaurant & Commercial Officer
  • Facilitate development and innovate solutions for transformation program strategy, governance, communications, and ways of working across Commercial/Brands
  • Identify, analyze, and evaluate existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Develop executive-level documents and manage leadership/management committee discussions
