Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, coupled with over 10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance. A minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role is required, along with proven experience leading global teams and implementing revenue automation systems like NetSuite ARM or RevPro.
The Senior Director of Revenue will lead the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, including contract review, billing, collections, and cash application. Responsibilities include spearheading a major revenue automation initiative, managing and scaling a global revenue team, and establishing a strong governance framework for the quote-to-cash cycle. They will also partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to align go-to-market strategies with OTC processes, provide strategic guidance on contract structures and pricing, and identify/implement process improvements for domestic and international growth.
