Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, Revenue Finance, or similar high-impact financial roles
  • Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; proficient in PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred experience in loyalty/rewards, CPG, or tech industries
  • Familiarity with SQL, Tableau (or other BI tools), and US GAAP
  • Experience with AI-powered analytics or finance tooling (e.g., using machine learning models, automation platforms, or generative AI for forecasting, reporting, or workflow efficiencies)
  • Cost optimization and analysis experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead revenue forecasting and BvA analysis for major verticals, providing actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Analyze financial performance and key drivers, identifying opportunities to optimize revenue and efficiency
  • Partner with Expanded Core, Data, and Product teams to establish and track OKRs, ensuring alignment with company priorities
  • Build and enhance financial models, dashboards, and scenario analyses to support decision-making
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly reports, along with ad-hoc analyses, with direct Senior Leadership visibility
  • Evaluate and improve financial processes, implementing tools and automation where possible
  • Support strategic initiatives, including partnerships, M&A, and joint ventures
