Requirements

The Revenue Cycle Manager should possess strong medical billing and claims knowledge and a passion for improving the overall RCM process through product innovation and automation. They must be prepared to go beyond submitting claims, address denied and rejected claims, and communicate issues to the team. A meaningful commitment to improving the RCM product suite is also required, including identifying pain points, collaborating on requirements, providing feedback to Engineering, and maintaining a growth mindset around quality assurance and enhancement of the RCM product ecosystem.

Responsibilities

The Revenue Cycle Manager will own the end-to-end customer billing processes and experience, managing all billing communications to ensure a seamless process for patients and health plans. They will secure timely and complete reimbursements by driving successful claims submissions through proactive efforts and technology enhancements. Responsibilities include following up on claims submissions to monitor reimbursement, communicating with RCM partners and health plans to resolve billing matters, researching and analyzing claim rejections and denials, identifying areas for correction, implementing changes to improve accuracy, and preparing insurance claims and billing reports for month-end close processes.
