Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue cycle management or strategy consulting, leading end-to-end transformation, is required. Expertise in structuring, prioritizing, and communicating effectively to solve complex problems and predict future needs is necessary. Familiarity with writing clear and concise deliverables for both technical and non-technical audiences is also required. Preferred qualifications include experience in a startup or fast-paced environment, general knowledge of the payer/insurance landscape, familiarity with diverse insurance billing types, and general knowledge of EDI, ERA enrollments, and clearinghouse processes. Technical savviness and fluency with platforms like Salesforce and Zendesk are a plus.
