Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills are essential, as is a deep understanding of HR principles and practices. Experience with talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations is required.
The Senior Director, People will oversee the full employee lifecycle and all core HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, HR Systems & Processes, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Organizational Design & Headcount Planning, Employee Relations, Compliance, Payroll, and people leader and team member Growth & Development. They will partner with the Executive and Leadership Teams to design programs that reflect the organization’s values and evolve with the business, and will be a key steward of the inclusive culture, ensuring processes are equitable and policies are just.
