The HR Business Partner will manage and resolve employee relations issues, develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention in a remote setting, and serve as an employee advocate. They will support the full employee lifecycle, partner with leadership to develop HR strategies, coach managers on HR matters, identify HR trends, and collaborate on training and development needs. Additionally, they will provide input on compensation strategies, educate employees on benefits, ensure compliance with employment laws, maintain HR records, and contribute to HR process improvements.
