The Senior Director of Energy Efficiency will help develop and execute long-term strategies, oversee program operations within the East Region, manage a diverse project portfolio, lead regional budgeting and financial reporting, maintain awareness of industry trends, represent the company as a thought leader, foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders, identify opportunities for increased efficiency, serve as a change agent, directly oversee and mentor senior leaders, recommend and oversee recovery strategies, build and sustain high-performing teams, and support the growth and development of direct reports.
