Responsibilities

This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across paid, organic, and owned channels to support pipeline growth and revenue acceleration, leading efforts to build and refine Account-Based Experiences (ABX) and target marketing, owning and managing the digital marketing budget, overseeing experimentation and optimization efforts, directly managing a team of five individual contributors, establishing performance goals and accountability measures, and fostering a high-performance team culture. Additionally, the Senior Director will partner closely with segment marketing, integrated campaigns, and solution marketing to ensure alignment and drive cross-functional collaboration.
