Candidates should also be skilled in tracking and reporting on campaign performance, monitoring key metrics like CPL, CAC, ROAS, and CVR, and conducting A/B tests to optimize outcomes.
The Senior Performance Marketing Specialist will execute, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple channels with a focus on measurable pipeline and revenue growth, collaborating closely with content, design, and product marketing to run full-funnel campaigns.
