Requirements

Candidates should possess 4+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization and chat strategy development, ideally within a B2B marketing environment, with proven expertise in CRO across paid media microsites, landing pages, and email campaigns, including strong A/B testing and multivariate testing skills. Familiarity with Qualified’s (or similar chat vendor’s) suite of tools and experience in managing chat vendor relationships are required.

Responsibilities

The Growth Marketing Manager will design and execute A/B testing campaigns across various digital channels, identify testing opportunities, develop optimization strategies for landing pages and email campaigns, measure statistical significance of tests using tools like Salesforce and Google Analytics, communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders, create and refine high-impact landing pages for paid advertising, collaborate with the database marketing team to improve email campaign performance, contribute to campaign-level testing on paid channels, build and manage quarterly experimentation roadmaps, develop, implement, and optimize chat experiences for website visitors leveraging AI-driven bots, train and manage AI chatbots, regularly analyze chat performance metrics, and lead the partnership with Qualified, ensuring effective use of their tool offerings and seamless tool integration.
