Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Customer Marketing Specialist will oversee the daily operations of the customer reference program, identifying and nurturing customer advocates to support sales and marketing efforts. They will lead the development and management of the reference video library and customer success stories, aligning them with GTM strategies. This role involves managing customer nomination processes, partnering with Sales to execute publicity announcements, supporting ABM initiatives with targeted customer content, driving third-party review generation, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize program effectiveness. Furthermore, the specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for sales-related reference requests and track program metrics to ensure success.
