Position Overview
Dataminr's Marketing team is expanding, and we are looking for a Senior Digital Experience Strategist to drive inbound pipeline conversions. This role will lead website and landing page experiences, utilizing AI-driven personalization, optimizing content, and conducting A/B/n testing for global, conversion-focused digital journeys. You will act as a trusted advisor and customer advocate, collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams. If you are metrics- and insight-driven, excel at using data and AI for high-impact projects, and understand digital's critical role across media, we encourage you to apply.

- Strategic & Hands-on Expertise: 5-7 years in digital experience strategy, with proven hands-on knowledge in optimizing B2B buyer journeys for inbound conversions.
- CMS Proficiency: Hands-on experience working with and optimizing content within various content management systems, such as WordPress or Webflow.
- AI-Driven Innovation: Demonstrated experience leveraging AI and automation to create personalized and intelligent digital experiences.
- Data-Informed Decisions: A strong track record of using analytics and AI-generated insights (Google Analytics, Optimizely, 6Sense, HubSpot) to drive impactful project decisions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven success in collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to align digital initiatives with broader business goals.
