Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses 5-7 years of experience in digital experience strategy with a focus on optimizing B2B buyer journeys for inbound conversions. Proficiency in content management systems like WordPress or Webflow, and demonstrated experience leveraging AI and automation for personalized digital experiences are essential. A strong track record of using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, 6Sense, and HubSpot to drive project decisions, coupled with proven success in cross-functional leadership and project management, is required. A customer-centric focus and a deep understanding of B2B enterprise buyer needs are also critical.

Responsibilities

This role involves shaping and enhancing the B2B enterprise buyer's digital path from initial touchpoint to conversion, and leading the integration of AI-driven personalization, content recommendations, and intelligent features for superior user experiences. The strategist will drive inbound pipeline growth by optimizing website and landing pages to attract and convert high-value prospects, and utilize insights from analytics and AI to inform decisions and prioritize projects. Key responsibilities include leading the integration of AI-driven personalization, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align digital initiatives with business goals, and proactively owning and executing complex web projects from planning to successful implementation and optimization.
