Required experience includes web development, REST APIs, database management, and over 4 years in technical customer support for SaaS enterprise software. Proficiency in development languages such as JavaScript, Java, PHP, C#, Objective-C, Swift, Ruby, or Python is necessary, along with the ability to manage a portfolio of tickets and excellent spoken and written English skills. The role also requires participation in an on-call rotation.
The Senior Developer Support Engineer will handle technical requests via web and email, conduct empathetic conversations to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, and submit bug reports to the Engineering team. They will also partner with Product and Engineering teams to develop subject matter expertise, contribute to internal and external knowledge bases, and participate in internal projects to improve processes and tools.
